RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase- Contact us within
3 days of delivery at ir@ibisraquelpr.com. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in the same conditions that it was received, including original
packaging. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase
return. You must cover all shipping costs.
We DO NOT offer refunds, allow up to 30 days after we receive your pieces to manage your
exchange or store credit. You will have 60 days after the store credit is approved to redeemed it.
We do not accept cancellations. However, if there are any problems regarding an order we will
gladly assist and help solve any issues. Please contact us immediately at ir@ibisraquelpr.com in
the first 12 hours after you placed the order. Provide your order number, your name and phone
number and a brief description.
The following categories cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Intimate items, due to sanitary guidelines. (This includes but is not limited to earrings).
Offers or promotions may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe. Promotion code may
be required upon checkout if specified. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous
purchases, rated collection items, welcome discounts, sales tax, or shipping charges.
All purchase items from the SALE section is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or
exchange. Additional discount codes will not applied on sale items. Special merchandise has
NO change, returns or credit.
