SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday
- Every order will takes 5-7 days to ship out, plus shipping days at Post Mail. We make every effort to
fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. - Shipping charge of $6.95 in all orders in Puerto Rico and the U.S. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in
orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes) within PR and USA only. Orders are shipped via
USPS. - For faster shipping method, contact us at ir@ibisraquelpr.com or (787)479-1069,
additional shipping costs apply - Depending on your country, state or zip code additional shipping fees and taxes may apply.
- If there is an error in the shipping address, client must contact us to correct the address 12 hours
after placing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address, due to client
negligence, the package will be returned to our office and the costumer will be responsible for
shipping costs. - Please be aware once a package is shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. - Once your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to confirm your order with the
tracking number. Your order can be left in the mailbox or at the door. - If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier’s responsibility. In which case you should contact
your nearest USPS office directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- The shipping cost will be indicated at checkout once you’ve entered your shipping information.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon delivery.
- For international shipping and handling charges are not refundable even if you refuse
the package and it is returned back to the USA. - Please allow anywhere from 7-30 business days if you select USPS, to receive your
order. - USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking to every country or insurance.
- DHL Worldwide is more expensive but will arrive within 3-5 business days and provides insurance.
- DHL will provide tracking and insurance to your country.
- Ibis Raquel is not responsible for delays due to customs, or lost packages if you do not select
insurance coverage.
